AR command additional arguments

"a<file>" let file add to package in after the assign file
"b<file>" let file add to package in before the assign file
"c" create new package
"i<file>" let file add to package in before the assign file
"o" keep the file in package informations
"s" create the symbol file in the package
"S" don't create the symbol file in the package
"u" use together with "r" ,replace package who has been changed
"v" show the file details
"V" show the version informations
