Pacman won't work git during the installation??

I used the archlinux newest installation today and during the installation I had a problem I can't Install temporality file so I just couldn't install the aui installation

I wish some one can solve this problem that I can use the aui installation, I just first see the problem this time, so can some one help for the editing the system of archlinux 2016.5 version
